Who is the Green Campaign
About The Green Campaign (GCAMP)
Founded in 2008 by Hip Hop artist and activist Rashid "Presice" Littlejohn, GCAMP uses the power of music, art, and culture to inspire environmental awareness and youth empowerment. What began as a song and a question about planting trees has grown into a movement that blends Eco Hip Hop with education, enrichment, and community transformation.
Our mission is to guide at-risk youth toward personal and professional growth by merging environmental education with creative expression. Through initiatives that “Educate & Entertain” and “Restore & Rebuild,” GCAMP turns vacant lots into vibrant green spaces and young minds into future environmental stewards.
